El SAE lanza la primera ‘Guía Interactiva de Empleo para Personas Migrantes en Andalucía’
La herramienta, diseñada en Granada con inteligencia artificial, facilita al colectivo el acceso a los recursos públicos de empleo, formación y principales trámites a través de un código QR
El Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, adscrito a la Consejería de Empleo de la Junta de Andalucía, ha lanzado la primera ‘Guía Interactiva de Empleo para Personas Migrantes en Andalucía’, una herramienta digital diseñada en Granada con inteligencia artificial para mejorar la atención al colectivo de extranjeros que reside en la comunidad autónoma. Así ha informado hoy el delegado territorial de Empleo y director provincial del SAE, José Javier Martín Cañizares, a las entidades sin ánimo de lucro, profesionales de la orientación, asociaciones y personas migrantes que han acudido a la presentación del nuevo recurso del SAE.
Se trata de una herramienta técnica, enfocada a dispositivos móviles, que aglutina y estructura por contenidos la información más útil en torno a los recursos públicos existentes enfocados a mejorar la empleabilidad de las personas migrantes. La guía da acceso directo, por ejemplo, a los recursos de formación, acceso al empleo y principales trámites a tener en cuenta por su condición de extranjeros (sean comunitarios o no comunitarios), entre los que se encuentran los permisos de residencia y/o trabajo y el acceso a la vivienda.
Además, permite mediante enlaces directos la rápida localización de la red de apoyo para las personas migrantes con información acerca de otros recursos públicos y privados disponibles y específicos para estas personas, así como una batería de preguntas frecuentes que responden en un sólo click a las dudas habituales.
“Además de ser la primera guía de estas características que se lanza en Andalucía, el auténtico valor añadido de esta herramienta digital es el novedoso formato en el que se presenta, con una navegación muy intuitiva enfocada a dispositivos móviles a la que se accede con un simple escaneo de un código QR”, según ha explicado el delegado. Martín Cañizares ha subrayado el esfuerzo y la motivación del personal del SAE por mejorar la atención que se presta a la ciudadanía pues “esta guía es el fruto de una necesidad identificada desde las propias oficinas en su atención diaria”.
En varios idiomas
Por ello, el nuevo recurso ha sido adaptado al colectivo al que se dirige, con una iconografía “altamente ajustada”, con enlaces directos, vídeos y un lenguaje claro que se ofrecerá en varios idiomas. Actualmente la guía está disponible en español, aunque en los próximos meses será traducida al inglés, francés, rumano y árabe.
La nueva herramienta online, desarrollada por la dirección provincial del SAE junto a las oficinas de empleo del Zaidín, Alhama y Albuñol, estará accesible a través de Internet tanto para la red de oficinas del SAE de Andalucía, como para cualquier persona que la precise y las entidades a las que les resulte útil para asistir y orientar a las personas migrantes de la comunidad autónoma.
El pasado mes de junio, se encontraban inscritos como demandantes de empleo en Andalucía un total de 108.575 personas extranjeras (11.140 de ellas en Granada), de los que 52.218 estaban en paro (6.188 en la provincia). De las 11.140 personas migrantes inscritas en Granada, el 57,2% son mujeres y el 42,8% son hombres. El 55% del total no tiene los estudios primarios completados, frente al 12,3% que sí y al 31,9% que cuenta con estudios secundarios o postsecundarios.
Principalmente, las personas migrantes asentadas en la provincia buscan un empleo como personal de limpieza, peones agrarios, trabajadores del sector de la restauración o peones de la construcción. El 33,9% de las personas extranjeras inscritas en Granada procede de Marruecos, seguido del colectivo de personas rumanas o de países como Colombia, Venezuela, Italia, Senegal y Ucrania (por ese orden).
Buenas prácticas del SAE
El lanzamiento de la primera ‘Guía Interactiva de Empleo para Personas Migrantes en Andalucía’ se suma a otras iniciativas de mejora del Servicio Andaluz de Empleo dentro del modelo de gestión integral implantado en la organización. “Dentro de este proceso de cambio iniciado para adaptar nuestra respuesta a las necesidades de los colectivos específicos, el SAE está impulsando una serie de mejoras que dan cumplimiento a la Ley de Empleo, como por ejemplo los servicios y las medidas para los colectivos de atención prioritaria, entre los que están las personas migrantes, personas con discapacidad o mujeres víctimas de violencia de género”, ha puesto en valor Martín Cañizares.
El SAE también ha puesto en marcha el Observatorio de Buenas Prácticas con el que se pretende localizar y desarrollar las buenas experiencias, propuestas y soluciones que puede aportar el personal, dentro de la estrategia de innovación que se ejecuta a través del Centro de Orientación, Emprendimiento, Acompañamiento e Innovación para el Empleo en Andalucía (COE).
En este sentido, los profesionales están siendo animados a realizar proyectos que puedan dar respuesta a los problemas y necesidades recurrentes que encuentran en su actividad diaria y que, al mismo tiempo, ayuden al resto de la organización. “Prueba de ello es el lanzamiento de esta guía, que no es otra cosa que el resultado de la motivación del personal por ofrecer un mejor servicio a los ciudadanos extranjeros que acuden a nuestras oficinas”, ha celebrado el delegado. La herramienta está diseñada para ser un recurso vivo y en continuo cambio con un diseño que permite realizar modificaciones sin necesidad de cambiar el enlace o el código QR, que seguirán siendo válidos permanentemente.
Entre los nuevos recursos habilitados para mejorar el servicio a nivel regional destaca también el dispositivo de atención especial para personas afectadas por el conflicto de Ucrania puesto en marcha por el SAE en el CREADE (Centro de Recepción, Atención y Derivación para personas desplazadas desde Ucrania) de Málaga.
