La Federación de cooperativas divulgará entre sus asociados iniciativas sobre nuevos ingredientes bioactivos y alimentos funcionales, seguros y saludables
Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de Granada ha firmado un convenio con el Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo del Alimento Funcional con el objetivo de acercar a las cooperativas de la provincia el desarrollo hacia aplicaciones de utilidad en el diseño, producción y comercialización de ingredientes bioactivos y alimentos funcionales, seguros y saludables.
Además, la Federación difundirá a través de sus medios las actividades y servicios de CIDAF, que a su vez, colaborará en la detección de oportunidades para el sector agroalimentario en lo relativo a fomento de I+D+i, a través de la participación en proyectos mediante la creación de grupos operativos, el desarrollo de técnicas de cultivo, riego, sanidad y seguridad alimentaria o comercialización; extracción y encapsulación de ingredientes, servicios analíticos, evaluación de bioactividad, desarrollo y escalado piloto de procesos, servicios de consultoría, patrocinio de jornadas técnicas del sector, y asesoramiento a las OPFH de Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de Granada.
El acuerdo ha sido suscrito por el director de Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de Granada, Gustavo Ródenas, y por el director de CIDAF, Vito Verardo, que han estado acompañados por la responsable del área de Proyectos de la Federación, Esther Álvarez, y la responsable de Desarrollo de Negocio de CIDAF, Ana Vigil.
Ródenas ha subrayado la importancia de la colaboración entre las cooperativas y un centro con el prestigio y el nivel de CIDAF. “Estamos muy satisfechos porque este convenio garantiza, por un lado, la actividad investigadora del centro y, por otro, el acceso de las cooperativas agroalimentarias de la provincia a avances muy relevantes en materia de innovación que puede ser esenciales para su desarrollo futuro”, ha explicado.
