La Junta destina 4,3 millones de euros a los centros especiales de empleo de Granada que dan trabajo a 1.000 personas con discapacidad
El delegado de Empleo destaca el compromiso del Gobierno andaluz para avanzar en la integración de colectivos vulnerables con dificultades de inserción en el mercado laboral
La Consejería de Empleo, Empresa y Trabajo Autónomo de la Junta de Andalucía ha destinado a lo largo de 2022 un total de 4.369.760 euros a distintas actuaciones destinadas a mejorar la empleabilidad de las personas con discapacidad, lo que ha permitido consolidar 1.190 puestos de trabajo en los 38 centros especiales de empleo en la provincia de Granada.
El delegado territorial de Empleo, Empresa y Trabajo Autónomo, Javier Martín, ha facilitado estas cifras durante la visita al taller de de manipulado del Centro Especial de Empleo que gestiona la Fundación Empresa y Juventud, donde ha destacado “el compromiso” del Gobierno andaluz con este programa que “da cobertura y relevancia a las personas con algún tipo de discapacidad. Con los centros especiales de empleo avanzamos en la integración social y laboral de esos colectivos vunerables, que necesitan el apoyo de todos, administraciones y sociedad, para que puedan tener acceso al empleo”.
Martín ha defendido que estos contratos “son un paso más para seguir eliminando barreras en el mercado laboral”, tras subrayar el esfuerzo que está realizando la Consejería de Empleo en otros programas donde destaca la orientación profesional para el empleo y acompañamiento para la inserción. En la actual convocatoria, que se está desarrollando hasta junio, se prevé un aumento de las unidades especializadas en la atención a colectivos con dificultades de inserción.
También ha recordado que en 2022 se puso en marcha un servicio de atención integral y acompañamiento para la inserción sociolaboral de mujeres víctimas de violencia de género, dirigido a mejorar sus competencias personales profesionales y su posicionamiento laboral, adjudicado por concurso público a Cruz Roja española. Para ello, las usuarias reciben apoyo psicosocial, orientación, formación, intermediación, ayuda a la búsqueda de empleo, captación de ofertas de trabajo y otras actuaciones que son necesarias para reforzar su autoestima y su cualificación profesional.
La Fundación Empresa y Juventud ha recibido una ayuda total de 217.551 euros para gestionar el Centro Especial de Empleo, que tiene ocupadas a 52 personas con cualquier tipo y grado de discapacidad, distribuidas 33 de ellas en el taller de manipulado, 5 en el taller de cartón y 14 en la finca ecológica del municipio de Zujaira.
Líneas de negocio
Los trabajadores atienden cuatro líneas de negocio. La producción de artículos derivados del cartón (cajas, embalajes y productos similares); el manipulado de embalaje y retractilado para empresas de distintos sectores; explotación tradicional de cultivos hortifrutícolas con certificación ecológica y prestación de servicios educativos dirigidos a centros escolares, así como a otros colectivos interesados en nuevas propuestas educativas.
El delegado de Empleo ha visitado el taller de manipulado junto al presidente de la Fundación y su directora general, Javier González Vigil y Lola Solano, respectivamente, y el director responsable del Centro Especial de Empleo, José Manuel Melero, quienes han explicado cuál es la labor principal de las personas que trabajan en él, una actividad que además de requerir de bastante destreza y habilidad en la manipulación de distintos materiales. A ello se añade la oportunidad de realzar y desarrollar las potencialidades del trabajador en este campo, dada no sólo la complejidad, en algunas ocasdiones, del trabajo a realizar, sino también las múltiples variantes y formas que presenta, desde el ensobrado, puesta de pegatinas, embalado, etc.
Según los responsables de la Fundación, el crecimiento de la demanda les obliga a una continua remodelación de las instalaciones y maquinaria, así como a su ampliación, para dar cabida a más actividad y con ello el aumento del número de puestos de trabajo.
Un centro especial de empleo tiene como objetivo proporcionar a las personas con discapacidad la realización de un trabajo productivo y remunerado, adecuado a sus características personales y que facilite su integración en el mercado de trabajo. Los trabajadores de la Fundación Empresa y Juventud, además de desempeñar con gran maestría su labor profesional, están preparados para hacer funciones semejantes en cualquier otra empresa y ocupar puestos de trabajo acordes a sus capacidades, demostrando aptitudes y un gran sentido de la responsabilidad cuando realizan sus trabajos.
