Cámara Granada y la Fundación Incyde apuestan por la tecnología como yacimiento de empleo juvenil
Medio centenar de jóvenes granadinos participa en un foro para conocer alas oportunidades labores en sectores como el gaming, inteligencia artificial, realidad virtual, investigación y desarrollo de vídeo juegos
Cámara Granada y la Fundación Incyde han destacado hoy la tecnología como un “muy interesante yacimiento de empleo juvenil” y han animado a las empresas del sector a impulsar tanto la formación como la contratación de los jóvenes granadinos.
Medio centenar de chicos y chicas menores de 30 años, inscritos en Garantía Juvenil, han participado en el Foro “Juventud con futuro” una iniciativa puesta en marcha por la Fundación INCYDE en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía y cofinanciada por el Fondo Social Europeo dentro de su Programa Operativo de Empleo Juvenil del FSE 2014 -2020.
Y a los jóvenes, Cámara Granada e Incyde les han instado a formarse “porque si os formáis, trabajo hay y si tenéis un proyecto empresarial, hay recursos para hacerlos realidad”, en palabras del subdirector general de Incyde, José María Párraga, responsable de la inauguración de Foro.
En ese sentido, Párraga ha destacado los 100.000 puestos de trabajo que las empresas españolas demandan hoy en día en el ámbito tecnológico y “que actualmente no se están cubriendo por falta de cualificación adecuada”.
En la misma línea, la secretaría general de Cámara Granada, Isabel Contreras, ha subrayado el carácter cada vez más dinámico del mercado con perfiles que van a cambiar radicalmente “que va a afectar a todo el mundo, pero más a vosotros”.
En todo caso, y aunque Cámara Granada y la Fundación Incyde consideran que hay “oportunidades en todos los sectores”, el Foro se ha centrado en los ámbitos tecnológicos “como más atractivos y con más posibilidades para los jóvenes de la provincia”.
Por eso, el foro ha incluido charlas sobre sports, gamers, creación de vídeo juegos, pero también sobre inteligencia artificial, animación o incluso el acelerador de partículas, ámbitos en los que Cámara Granada y e Incyde creen que “está buena parte del futuro empleo de los granadinos más jóvenes”.
Entre ellas ha destacado la participación de Luis García, responsable y fundación de Arctic Games, el club de sports ubicado en Granada y que, desde los jugadores hasta los desarrolladores de contenidos, responsables de redes sociales o administración, da empleo a una treintena de personas en España, la mayor parte de ellas en Granada.
En la intervención de García como en la de Joaquín Estévez, responsable de marketing de producto de la Liga Profesional de Vídeo Juegos en España, se ha puesto de manifiesto el enorme crecimiento del negocio de los sports a nivel mundial pero también nacional. Los esports tienen hoy 2,9 millones de espectadores en España, con un incremento anual de 7,7%, y se ha convertido en uno de los canales publicitarios fundamentales para alcanzar a las más jóvenes generaciones.
La jornada se ha completado con la participación de Francisco Herrera, en representación de aImpulsa, el ecosistema de Inteligencia Artificial de Granada, José Aguilar, que ha presentado el Acelerador de Partículas y Nacho Cabrero, director General de Granada Gaming.
