El nuevo decreto contra la sequía de la Junta garantiza obras hidráulicas prioritarias para la provincia
La delegada de Agricultura, Agua y Desarrollo Rural muestra su satisfacción por una normativa que responde a las necesidades del sector agroalimentario
La delegada de Agricultura, Agua y Desarrollo Rural, Carmen Lidia Reyes, ha destacado que el nuevo decreto de sequía de la Junta de Andalucía “tiene muy presente a Granada y recoge obras hidráulicas de vital importancia en nuestra provincia como el Sistema Béznar-Rules, la actuación inmediata de optimización del uso de aguas regeneradas mediante conducciones y balsas de autorregulación desde el terciario de las EDAR de Almuñécar y La Herradura, a las zonas regables del Río Verde y Comarca de la Costa”.
Reyes ha señalado también que el nuevo decreto garantiza de forma prioritaria la ejecución del tratamiento terciario de la EDAR de Motril, así como la optimización del uso de aguas regeneradas mediante conducciones y balsas de autorregulación desde el terciario de la EDAR de Motril a la CR de Motril-Salobreña.
Asimismo, destaca también la gran novedad que es la línea específica para la recuperación del potencial productivo para los cultivos más afectados por la sequía, mientras que para la ganadería se mantienen la excepción para la alimentación convencional del ganado ecológico por la situación de sequía, así como ayudas a través de líneas directas.
La delegada ha mostrado su satisfacción “por un decreto que responde plenamente a las necesidades de un sector vital para el empleo y la economía de nuestra provincia como es el agroalimentario y ganadero”.
El Gobierno de Juanma Moreno ha validado el IV Decreto de Sequía, “un decreto con un marcado sentido municipalista que supone un gran paso más en el afán que ocupa cada día a la consejera de Agricultura, Carmen Crespo, que es sin duda el estar al lado del sector, trabajando codo con codo con nuestros agricultores y ganaderos y defendiendo sus intereses y necesidades allá donde sea preciso”, ha indicado la delegada.
El decreto- ley define una serie de medidas extraordinarias, así como una batería de nuevas obras hidráulicas de interés de la Comunidad Autónoma frente a la sequía, al objeto de aumentar la garantía de abastecimiento humano, agrícola y ganadero y evitar de esta manera las pérdidas que ésta acarrea.
